About Terry

As an experienced Realtor and Broker, it is my pleasure to lead an outstanding team of Realtors to give exemplary service to our clients in selling and buying real estate. In 2022, our team earned the Chairman Circle Diamond Award as part of the top 1/2% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Agents worldwide.

I have worked in many facets of real estate to include residential resales and new homes, foreclosures, short sales, land and commercial sales, and rentals. I am a formenr appraiser which helps to determine the right property price for my sellers and buyers.

Working to promote professionalism and ethics of the Real Estate industry, I have served on the Cobb Association of Realtors in the roles of Vice-President and Director. As well as President of the Cherokee association with many years on the Executive Committee as well as a Local Director and participating on several committees. Named, Cherokee Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year in 2015. In a career of over 30 years in Real Estate, I have successfully earned my ABR, ABRM and CRB National Designations.
