About Maria
My focus, since being licensed in 1998, is on Buyers and Sellers of land and homes in the Pickens, East Dawson, Cherokee and Gilmer County areas. I also serve the Communities of Big Canoe and Bent Tree and Coosawattee River resort and many others. An accredited Buyer's agent as well as a Top listing agent year after year, I emphasize frequent communication with my clients, getting feedback, marketing my listings in a multitude of ways and assisting all the way to the closing table. I love the satisfaction and excitement people share when we find the right home, the right piece of land, helping my buyers negotiate the best deal. For Sellers it's all about marketing the property, securing and negotiating a contract, handling the details up to closing and sharing the excitement of my clients, now moving on to the next part of their lives.
My husband and I derive great joy from our cats and dogs all of which are rescues. Our passions include growing blueberries and fruit trees, gardening, enjoying the fun and play with our cats and dogs, family, and traveling together.
My years of real estate transactions experience, continuing education and involvement on the local board of Realtor association give me the experience and knowledge to give you stellar service whether Buying or Selling in my service areas. I look forward to working with you soon!
